3 seats on the sofa were burst within a week of receiving. Have been trying to get these replaced for 4 months and the seller sends one message and then ignores after saying they would replace them. IGNORE the 1 year warranty because it doesn't exist. Terrible communication. Beautiful sofa but that's as far as it goes. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Love my new sofa great value for money and it’s so comfy, my only issue was that the delivery driver was so rude kept giving different times went from 2-6 to 7-9 then said he would be here by 10pm latest when texting him asking what time roughy he got arsey the sofa finally arrived at gone 11pm not really ideal when you have a 9month old baby trying to sleep and then a sofa being delivered. He did offer to bring upstairs to our flat but we would have to pay even though it was only 1 flight of stairs glad we didn’t as they was really loud bringing sofa into communal area. Just thought it was really unusual that a sofa was being delivered that late so unprofessional.
