Lovely tables but large one is a bit wobbly when sitting itself could topple easily. Small one slightly sturdier. Ok if sitting next to wall but I wanted them to sit themselves too. Well Made apart from that

The top table is poorly weighted. On the underside of the metal stand there are feet either side which sit around 2cm further back from the edge of the stand, meaning the metal in front of it provides extra weight to the front of the table. The table toppled over which has damaged my lamp. The sellers reply was that they've tip tested the item and that it's either the fault of the weight of the lamp or that it's been used on a heavy piled carpet. There's no mention of not using the table on a carpet and I've attached the product listing for this. Even if you put the table on a hard floor, because of the positioning of the feet under the metal frame, it doesn't balance the weight properly. You can apply a tiny bit of pressure to the table on a hard floor and it will still tilt.
