This is a very pretty little lamp that comes with a USB lead and is quick to charge. The shade is plastic but you could be forgiven for thinking it's glass. It sits on a study base and has a touch button control with 3 different light settings to suit your mood which include the following: natural light, cool light and warm light. The lamp gives off a decent amount of light although this will depend on the chosen light setting. I love that it is portable which means i can use it indoors and when the weather permits outdoors too. The only thing i will say is the base does show every fingermark, these are however easily removed with a dry cloth.

This is a lightweight little lamp so it’s easy to move around to where it’s needed. It can be charged with an adapter or plugged straight into a USB port. It comes with a cable, but not an adapter. I was quite surprised when I took it out of the box, and it lit up straight away. I must have accidentally touched the on button when I took it out. The lampshade looks very much like glass, but actually seems to be plastic, which is safer. It has a strong, sturdy base, so it’s quite stable. There’s a switch on the base which just needs a light tap to switch it on. Further taps can change the light through three different shades of warm or cool light. It’s a handy little lamp to have on a desk for subtle ambient light, which is where I’m currently using it. It's not very bright for reading though. It’s also useful as a soft light beside the bed. The fact that it’s rechargeable means it can be moved to anywhere it’s required without needing a power socket. I’ve charged it fully then left it switched on at the brightest setting for about four hours before it ran flat, so on the lowest setting it should last several hours. Overall, it’s a pretty little lamp with a retro style to it that I quite like, and it’s useful that I can use it anywhere once it’s charged.

This little table lamp is ok but is not a replacement for a decent one. It is rechargeable via usb lead but doesn’t have a big enough battery to last much more than 4 hours. This means that if you use it regularly you will have to charge it virtually every time you use it which will get boring very quickly. It isn’t really what you would expect of ‘touch’ control either because it only works on the switch and not all over the base. So it’s not very bright, doesn’t last very long and isn’t touch controllable all over the base but then it is only £12 and does look quite reasonable

Got this to go in my son's new wizard themed bedroom to use as a night light and it's perfect. It really does look like a block of illuminated crystal, with a fab range of colours which can all be adjusted for brightness using the little remote control. I leave this plugged in with the USB cable so it stays on pretty much 24/7, but it does have an integrated battery which will run for a good few hours between charges. Very pleased with this lamp - highly recommended.
